Do you know someone who is making positive changes in South Dade? We want to honor them! Nominate them on our page so we can make sure they receive the recognition they deserve. Complete the form below to make a nomination. We can’t wait to hear about the awesome work these individuals are doing!

Local Heroes Nomination Form

Before nominating a local hero, consider the following requirements: 

1. The hero must live or work in South Dade. 

2. The reason for which we consider them a hero must be related to them stepping up and serving our community. 

3. The hero must be willing to be featured on our social media and email communications.

Please note that you can self-nominate! We can’t wait to hear about the awesome work you’re doing and sharing it with our community.
