The D9 office hosts four special events throughout the year, each designed to celebrate and uplift the community. We welcome volunteers, supporters, and partners to be a part of these impactful community gatherings. More details about each event will be provided as each event approaches.
Held each spring, A Night in D9 celebrates our vibrant community’s students, performers, Teachers and Rookie Teachers of the Year, and Silver Knight Nominees. The event also has a Resource Fair featuring strong partnerships with many community organizations.
Our annual D9 Back to School Bash brings the community together to support students as they return to the classroom. In partnership with local organizations, we distribute free backpacks and school supplies while connecting families with valuable resources.
Our Thanksgiving Give Back event celebrates the season by bringing warmth and support to the community through free food distribution, student performances, and a Resource Fair.
The D9 Winter Wonderland event spreads holiday cheer to the community with free toys, food, and community resources, all made possible with community partners.
